Service wide questionnaire
Captures information on overall use and user perception of service delivery against PPG17 typology.
Individual park and open space questionnaire
Gives detailed qualitative and quantitative information on individual sites including overall satisfaction (BVP119e).
Secure administration area
Allows clients to access their own data at any time and provides data analysis tools for the quick, easy and reliable production of data tables.

Secure administration area
Access to the secure administration area of the database is by username and password. Managers may allocate further passwords giving team members varying levels of access to the system. For example, data entry clerks are given access to the data entry section only.The secure administration area:
