Leading our operations team which has a 950k turnover, and includes an in house nursery producing one million bedding plants per year, a playground team managing 55 play areas and the in-house repairs and maintenance workforce who work both reactively and pro-actively to ensure our parks infrastructure is at its best. For this we need an organised and pro-active manager with sound parks experience and the drive to deliver.
Sefton Council ‘s Landscape Development and Management Section is a regional and national award winner with a great vision for the future of the park and green spaces in Sefton.
Successful candidates would be offered the chance to work in an exciting and varied environment – from urban areas through to rural, sub urban and key regional tourist destinations as well as the usual benefits of working for a forward thinking local authority like Sefton Council, (such as relocation allowance, flexi time, generous leave and pension schemes).
