Resources

GreenSpace North West has undertaken a number of studies as part of our working groups, sub-regional groups and various action plans. These reports including survey findings can be found under the research section below, however, to ensure that we offer paying members value for money some of our studies and findings are restricted to members only and you will need membership log-in details for these. GreenSpace has teams providing guidance, consultations and policy documentation and it supports a number of other sources of evidence such as GreenLINK, IPGS and The Federation of Parks and Green Space etc. so do check the main web site for these.

GSNW Forum Reports are about the Forum itself, annual reporting and business plans.

GSNW Research includes the work of our Funding, Community and Training & Skills Working Groups and that undertaken on behalf of our sub-regional groups, members and others such as Natural England.

Case Studies gathered on behalf of and including those from members of GSNW are freely available, all that we ask is that if referring to these please give credit to the organisation or local authority who has been kind enough to provide these for improved learning and information sharing. We have provided Briefing Notes for many years and again some of these sample documents have been produced by others who warrant due credit. We are always looking out for case studies or sample documentation, please contact Kirsty to discuss further.

A number of presentations have been documented with transcripts to serve as guidance and we endeavour to write up all our events and workshops. Those events that are 'open' to non-members are reported here.

GreenSpace North West work closely with a number of partners and we have tried to include key reference documents and other work within Other Resources. This will also link you to Member's resources and Community resources. In the North West there is a wealth of support and evidence for green spaces and the natural environments as well as work that relates more to our local areas. If you are aware of published work that could help others or you would like it promoted here please contact krhind@green-space.org.uk
