The Friends of Birkenhead Park are currently running a major HLF project with an important education outreach component. Do you have any background information about other public parks which have developed education outreach work? More importantly, do you have any data on the extent of curricular benefits, either in terms of general skills acquisition or an improved knowledge of the history curriculum?
